    There are many exciting ways to get involved in our community. We work closely with local organizations and sponsors to help students understand their impact on our community by developing their community-based leadership skills.  Community service activities include: *Annual Thanksgiving Turkey/Christmas Toy Drive. *Community Clean-up. *Partnering with other organizations in the community.

        Proper etiquette is important in a social setting, but it is crucial in a business setting. Mastering etiquette allows students to maneuver through any situation with ease; whether they are in a job interview or on a dinner date, they will have confidence.

    We assist students with skills that we think may help further their personal goals of success and prosperity. We offer life skill sessions that help coping with stress, decision-making, critical thinking, and effective communication.

    At Crossroads, we believe leadership is an important trait to have. We have been in existence since 2009, and every student who has left Crossroads has become a leader in whatever they environment they are part of in their future.

Every Saturday from 12:00-3:30 p.m. during the academic school year.

We offer FREE workshops on the following topics:

  • Impression management
  • Interview Skills
  • Dressing for Success
  • Proper Rules of Etiquette
  • Community Service
  • Technology trends in the 21st century
  • Full Court Basketball Fitness
  • Community Service Events

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

  • YOUNG MEN 13-17 YEARS OF AGE
  • 2.3+ GPA
  • PARENT WAIVER/SIGNATURE TO PARTICIPATE
  • NO FELONIES
  • ERNEST COMMITMENT
  • ACTIVE PARTICIPATION
  • FILL OUT THESE FORMS BEFORE FIRST MEETING

Our mission is to develop young adults into productive leaders of our community utilizing academic, self development and empowerment tools to create college ready students. We also believe in leadership through example.

About our Co-Founders

Our co-founders Executive Director Gerard Truesdale, and Program Director Arturo Mckie, created Crossroads: Pathways to Success to help guide and educate our future leaders.
